With over 28 years of experience in construction and infrastructure in the UK and Australia, Julian is a chartered surveyor, chartered construction manager, chartered civil engineering surveyor and an accredited and appointed RICS Expert for Expert Determination.

Julian covers from inception to completion in the life of projects and has worked for government, tier one contractors and represented subcontractors on commercial and contractual outcomes. Julian also runs transaction and procurement in the water and building sectors

Toby is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 18 years’ experience in contracts and commercial management having worked for top tier construction companies in both Australia and the UK.

Toby’s track record in construction, infrastructure, and rail, demonstrate that he is a highly capable and competent construction professional. His involvement has included integrated work in a variety of contracting teams on high profile projects and he has the ability to assess and deliver the best outcomes for his clients.

With in excess of 25 years’ experience in UK and Australia Malcolm has worked on some of the most iconic projects currently in Australia in particular the P4S program with Sydney Water as part of the procurement team and currently in Transgrid undertaking a procurement lead role for transformation and upskilling.

Proficient and expert in contract management along with a background in dispute resolution, Malcolm is regarded by all as a trusted advisor and highly respected for this engagement and desire to share and develop teams with knowledge management.

An accomplished professional with over 30 years’ experience in major project delivery and within multinational organisations. Experience has been gained working across a diverse range of projects ranging from $1 million to $8.4 billion, both nationally and internationally, in Mining & Resources, Oil & Gas, Buildings & Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Civil Construction and Programmed Capital Equipment Maintenance.

Working across all project types including Studies, EPC, EPCM, Design & Construct and Contract Maintenance Carmen has been focused on implementing processes and systems to improve profitability on projects and within profit centres. Key to this has been the implementation of project control systems business wide, Project Management & Commercial practices, training and mentoring of project personnel.

Leveraging off this experience, Carmen has managed several consultancies focused on Project Controls, Project Delivery and IT Start ups. She has demonstrated success in strategic business planning, increasing profitability and revenue and in bringing in new clients.

Travis has over 18 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry with significant experience in the execution and close-out of large-scale multi-disciplinary projects.

Recently Travis has been engaged as a Risk Manager to support the development of the rebaseline of the Sydney Harbour Bridge Arch Maintenance Unit (AMU) Project.

Prior to working on Sydney Harbour Bridge AMU project, Travis was involved in the close-out and execution of large scale multi-disciplinary projects within the minerals processing and gas industries. During this period, he held a wide range of positions including Expert Witness, Project Engineer and Project Controls Manager.

Douglas has over 22 years of international experience in the construction industry and relocated to Brisbane with his family in 2019. With extensive commercial and contractual acumen attained across several sectors, he enjoys finding new ways of solving old problems. Douglas has developed a comprehensive range of procurement and contractual knowledge working in four continents: with expertise in delivering complex infrastructure, renewable energy, hotels and leisure, and mixed-use projects ranging in value from several thousand to several billion Australian dollars.

With a background as a chartered quantity surveyor, Douglas applies critical thinking to all aspects of his work: business case preparation and evaluation; contract and project management; procurement and transaction management; claims preparation and negotiation; and dispute mitigation and resolution.
